Kell BioTech provides subscription-based services including monthly, half-yearly, yearly plans and add-ons for blood bank operations.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless specified.
• Renewals may be automatic unless cancelled before the due date.

FAIR USAGE POLICY

Certain features like SMS alerts, storage usage, and report generation may have usage limits. Exceeding limits may require plan upgrades.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree not to:

• Use the system for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Upload harmful content or malicious code.
